Mockingbird Lane divides Greenville Avenue; attractions to the north are referred to as being on Upper Greenville, and those to the south are located on Lower Greenville. Upper Greenville appeals to an urban yuppie crowd and is more upscale and expensive than the more bohemian Lower Greenville.
